Very professional site. Purchased my first White's in 1976 and a second in 1983. Since then have moved around the US and discontinued the hobby. However, my travels have brought me back to CNY so I plan on reacquainting myself with the hobby. Some of my "best" finds were found in carefully researched fields (former horse racing track in Illinois) wihout a detector. Walked the field after an especially heavy rain and found an 1876 seated lib. quarter on the surface.

Just a few words to let you all know that raging storms are battering the south of England,Weymouth in particular so that means the beaches get turned over and we get stinking rich picking up all the money and rings.I went down today and came back with my grubby fist loaded with thirty three pence!At this rate I can buy a new detector in about fifty years.I reacon Cris and Kim took it all last summer.
